Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for manufacturing equipment and processes. Test, debug, and validate PLC code to ensure system functionality, reliability, and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues on production lines. Perform routine maintenance, modifications, and optimization of existing PLC programs and HMI interfaces. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) across major platforms (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric). Experience with HMI/SCADA system development, configuration, and integration. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills for industrial control systems. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control documentation. Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation principles, and safety standards relevant to industrial machinery. Bonus Qualifications Robotics integration and programming experience. Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence). Proficiency with advanced HMI/SCADA development and data reporting.
