Key Responsibilities Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment and processes. Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC programs to diagnose and resolve production downtime and operational issues. Perform commissioning, testing, and validation of automated systems on the plant floor. Design and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces for operator control and data visualization. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs, control systems, and network configurations. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to define control system requirements and implement solutions. Optimize existing PLC programs for improved efficiency, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices. Ensure all programming and control system modifications comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in developing and integrating HMI/SCADA systems. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex automation system issues quickly and effectively.
