Associate Dentist

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private family practice that is seeking an associate dentist as one of their associates relocating. The office has built an excellent reputation for high quality dentistry over the years. Their current associate is leaving on good terms. They are needing an experienced dentist, as this is a busy office with a lot of active patients and a good number of new patients each month. Ideally a dentist that has good endo and implant skills. They have many established patients already as well as a lot of new patients each month. They are seeking a full-time dentist. Ideally, they are seeking an experienced dentist. This practice is equipped with CAD/CAM,CBCT, intraoral scanning, laser, digital xrays, implant studio software for surgical guides. No lab fees. They have an excellent and experienced staff to help support the dentist. Their office also has state of the art equipment, and they have their own lab . They are also a fee for service and PPO office. They don't accept HMOs nor Medicaid. General dentistry procedures in addition implant and molar endo are needed. Salary and Benefits: Very competitive daily guarantee Very competitive % Health insurance Continuing education stipend 250K to 350K per year or more! Associate Dentist Requirements: Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD). State license to practice dentistry. Experience placing implants and doing most endo procedures CPR certification. Proven experience working in a dental practice. The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ability to work in a team. Good hand-eye coordination. Excellent communication skills. Proven track record of producing over 100K per month .
