Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing software and equipment. Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members.
