Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct the daily activities of a manufacturing team to ensure production targets are met. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Train and mentor new and existing team members on safety procedures, operational standards, and quality requirements. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety checks. Perform quality control checks on finished products and work in progress, addressing any deviations. Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance, providing feedback and addressing concerns. Collaborate with management and other departments to communicate production status and resolve issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team of production employees. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
