Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams from customer order to delivery, focusing on flow, pull, and waste reduction. Identify, analyze, and implement improvements across the value stream using lean manufacturing principles and tools. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream performance, such as lead time, cycle time, inventory turns, and first-pass yield. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream team and cross-functional departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain, sales) to ensure alignment and drive value stream initiatives. Champion the implementation of lean tools and techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management. Manage and develop the value stream team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Ensure the value stream meets customer demand, quality standards, and cost objectives. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated success in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to reduce waste and improve flow. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive change across multiple departments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production planning.
