Value Stream Manager | DeWitt, MI Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excelling in value stream manager? Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams to maximize customer value and minimize waste. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to ensure seamless value stream flow. Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis for operational issues within the value stream. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines associated with value stream operations and improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower team members to contribute to process enhancements. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the value stream. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and value stream mapping. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational efficiency. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
