Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize the end-to-end flow of value from raw materials to customer delivery. Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies throughout the value stream. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing). Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream. Foster a culture of collaboration and problem-solving across all functional areas within the value stream. Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal performance. Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to support value stream objectives. Implement and sustain visual management systems to enhance transparency and control. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen). Demonstrated success in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
