Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and capacity constraints. Balance production capacity with demand requirements to ensure optimal resource utilization and customer service levels. Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to integrate production plans with overall business objectives. Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and material availability, adjusting schedules as needed to prevent shortages or excess stock. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, production bottlenecks, and material constraints to maintain a smooth production flow. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery, driving continuous improvement. Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing input on production capabilities and constraints. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or master scheduling roles. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) for production planning and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and make data-driven decisions. In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, production processes, and capacity planning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
