Balance customer demand with production capacity and material availability. Conduct capacity planning and identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints. Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to align on production plans and priorities. Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and key components to optimize stock. Analyze production performance metrics and adjust schedules to improve efficiency and on-time delivery. Communicate schedule changes and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Master Scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize production schedules. Demonstrated experience with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Bonus Qualifications Deep understanding of ERP/MRP system configuration or implementation. Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
