Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products. Balance demand and supply, optimizing production plans against capacity and inventory targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, procurement) to align on scheduling and resolve issues. Monitor production performance against the MPS, identifying variances and driving corrective actions. Utilize ERP/MRP systems for production planning, material requirements, and capacity analysis. Integrate sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory data into the scheduling process. Conduct rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) to validate schedule feasibility. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and scheduling. Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and S&OP processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interface with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
