Head of Sales Orlando, FL | Onsite | Full-Time (including evening and weekend rotation) About the Role We're hiring a Head of Sales for a dynamic travel company to lead and manage a high-performing inbound sales team. You'll be responsible for hitting daily performance targets, coaching your team to convert inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and brief the sales team daily to meet and exceed KPIs Monitor call handling, QA scores, and conversion metrics across the team Analyze and report on sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly) Manage customer escalations pre- and post-sale with professionalism Deliver structured coaching on open, sell, and close techniques Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve outcomes Collect customer feedback and surface market intelligence to relevant teams What We're Looking For Proven track record in a sales leadership role with measurable KPI results Strong communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal Confident, resilient, and able to maintain a positive team culture Comfortable with performance data, including gross margin and P&L basics Flexible, decisive, and calm under pressure Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Travel industry experience is a plus Competitive compensation and benefits
