IFA Administrator – Financial Services Salary: £27,000-£35,000 Location: Brighton (hybrid working available) We are looking for a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to join a busy financial services team. This is a client-facing role that provides crucial support to advisers while ensuring smooth processing of new business and ongoing client administration. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers Managing post, digital documents, diaries, and meeting arrangements Preparing and sending accurate client communications Handling calls professionally and maintaining accurate records Completing application forms and ensuring new business cases are processed efficiently Following up on Letters of Authority and other client documentation Supporting the team with administrative tasks, projects, and ad hoc requests Assisting with training colleagues and completing ongoing professional development What We Are Looking For Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a proactive approach Team-focused, reliable, and professional This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment and wants to develop a career in financial services administration.
