Junior Accounts Manager (International Payroll & Client Accounts)

Junior Accounts Manager – International Payroll Location: CBD (Full-Time, Office-Based) Salary: R15,000 Gross per Month We are looking for a Junior Accounts Manager to support our finance and client services team with international payroll administration, client account management, and supplier invoicing . The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll outside of South Africa and be confident in preparing salary calculations for quotations and client costings . Key Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts and maintain accurate financial records Prepare international payroll calculations Produce salary cost calculations for client quotations Process supplier invoices and client billing Maintain payroll and financial trackers Liaise with clients regarding payroll and billing queries Requirements 2–3 years of experience in payroll or accounts administration Payroll experience outside of South Africa (essential) Experience with client accounts and invoicing Strong Excel and numerical skills High attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for someone with international payroll exposure looking to grow within a fast-paced finance and client services environment.
