Accountant (Project Accounting Specialist) Industry: Engineering and Construction Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos Work type:(Onsite, Full-Time-Monday to Friday Work Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience Level: Senior ( 8 -12 years) We are seeking a skilled, chartered Accountant with expertise in project accounting and QuickBooks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for projects while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Manage QuickBooks for accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. Lead financial reviews and provide insights to project teams and management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and prepare financial statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating financial data clearly. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA or equivalent). At least 8 -12 years of experience in project accounting in Construction, Engineering, Oil and gas or related field. Proficiency in QuickBooks (essential). Strong leadership and communication skills. Must reside around Iyana Ipaja or nearby areas. Full-time availability for onsite work (11 AM - 7 PM).
