Market President Role Overview Provides leadership and oversight for retail and commercial lending operations within the assigned market. Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen the market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Lead and support business development efforts across the team. Drive market profitability through strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives. Strengthen client relationships by cross-selling banking products and services. Ensure compliance with banking policies, credit practices, and risk management standards. Negotiate loan terms, pricing, interest rates, and collateral requirements. Foster a collaborative team environment and implement strategic direction for the market. Lead the team effectively through organizational and market changes. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Management, or equivalent experience. Approximately 10+ years of experience in retail banking, commercial lending, or relationship management. Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit practices, and financial regulations. Proven leadership and management experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Portfolio Expected to manage and grow an $8M – $12M annual portfolio
