Location: Lisbon Schedule Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts) 2 rotational days off Responsibilities Investigate fraud, abuse, or suspicious activities Analyze data and user reports Document investigation findings Collaborate with internal teams to prevent fraud Requirements Fluency in German and English Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or fraud investigation Strong analytical skills Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel High attention to detail
