Travel Concierge Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Concierge Coordinator to assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel plans. This role focuses on research, communication, and planning support to ensure each travel experience is arranged efficiently and clearly documented. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help build structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
