Living Faith TV is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our growing team. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our medical content strategy. This is a full-time position based in our Bristol, VA office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy for Living Faith TV's medical content, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms - Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant medical content that engages our audience - Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including medical experts and industry partners, to ensure high-quality and relevant content - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new engagement tactics and platforms - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase engagement and viewership - Manage a team of engagement specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the engagement strategy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all engagement efforts - Track and report on engagement metrics and provide regular updates to senior management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in engagement or content marketing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry - Proven track record of developing and executing successful engagement strategies - Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital engagement channels - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success - Experience managing a team and providing guidance and support to achieve goals - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Passion for the medical and healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact through engaging content Living Faith TV offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
