We’re building a high-performance outbound engine targeting the UK market - and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative who knows how to consistently generate qualified pipeline in a SaaS and/or AI environment. This is not a junior entry role. We’re looking for someone who has already done this before — and done it well. You will own the top of the funnel , working closely with Account Executives to create real revenue impact. Tasks Own and drive the top of the sales funnel for the UK market Generate high-quality, qualified meetings with decision-makers (HR, Finance, C-level) Work primarily on high-intent leads (≈20%) + targeted outbound (≈80%) Run structured qualification to ensure only relevant opportunities move forward Build and execute smart outbound strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn, AI-supported outreach) Collaborate closely with AEs to convert meetings into revenue Use modern GTM tools, CRM systems, and AI tools to maximise output Continuously optimise messaging, targeting, and approach based on results Requirements 2+ (!) years experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS and/or AI Proven track record of booking qualified meetings in the UK market Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise stakeholders Strong understanding of UK buyer psychology and sales cycles Native or near-native English (mandatory) Confident communicator — comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers Highly structured, disciplined, and results-driven Strong outbound skills (not just lead qualification) Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and AI tools Self-starter mentality — you take ownership and deliver 👉 We are explicitly NOT hiring juniors for this role Benefits 💰 Compensation (100% Transparent) Base Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 (Spain, full-time employment) Commission: €50 per qualified meeting €100 per qualified meeting starting from the 20th meeting/month Uncapped earnings — your output defines your income 📍 Location & Setup Remote-first role (Spain-wide) Mandatory onboarding week in Málaga (team alignment, training, ramp-up) After onboarding: fully remote — results matter, not location Extra benefits: A high-performance sales environment with clear expectations Direct impact on revenue — no busy work, no fluff A team that values execution, ownership, and results Modern sales stack + AI-driven workflows Clear path to grow into AE or senior commercial roles No corporate nonsense — pure performance culture Real ownership from day one 🚀 Ready to Build Pipeline That Actually Closes?
