Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and inventory valuation. Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts for production operations. Prepare detailed financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to manufacturing performance. Identify and analyze cost reduction opportunities and operational efficiencies within production processes. Conduct profitability analysis for products, production lines, and customer segments. Support capital expenditure requests with financial modeling and return on investment (ROI) analysis. Partner with operations management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial data extraction and reporting. Ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and performance reporting within a production environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex). Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with supply chain finance concepts and inventory management.
