Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with international sourcing and global logistics. Deep functional knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules.
