IT Support Engineer

Your Opportunity: IT Support Engineers are responsible for the delivery of quality Level 2 technical support to Retail Stores, Support Centres and Warehouses. You will work largely across stores time zones as part of Lovisa’s global Service Delivery function to supporting IT services across the organisation. Deliver Level 2 IT support across stores, support centres and distribution centres (remote with occasional onsite visits) Maintain hardware, networks, servers and overall IT infrastructure performance Support new store setups and user onboarding/offboarding Manage IT security, assets, inventory and procurement in line with policies Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams to ensure effective ticketing, escalation and service delivery Provide user training and ad hoc workplace IT support Liaise with vendors to manage incidents, requests and pricing Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and global support initiatives Assist with after-hours support and priority incidents when required We are looking for the below skillset and experience: Tertiary qualification (or relevant experience to match) in Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Level 2 experience POS experience (retail enviornment) Technical skills: AD (active directory), Office 365, Intune, Windows management - troubleshooting Awareness or certification in ITIL Foundations, and a good understanding of IT Service Management concepts. Experience with Microsoft and Cisco administration tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. Technical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated customer service skills and an ability to work with teams of varying levels. Available to work on-site at Hawthorn Support Centre.
