The Aftermarket Project Engineer is responsible for leading non-standard Aftermarket projects within specific customer geographical areas. The role is crucial to maximizing opportunities and always delivering excellent customer service. As part of a growing business unit, the Aftermarket Project Engineer will support planned and reactive projects across the UK, ensuring successful project execution. What you'll be doing: Conduct site visits to scope complex and non-standard work, ensuring accurate assessment and planning. Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities, maximizing the value of each project. Actively promote the Aftermarket business and the wider group to existing and potential clients. Manage allocated enquiries and leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up. Deliver customer presentations as required to support business development and project proposals. Prepare detailed technical quotations that meet customer requirements and align with company standards. Develop and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all projects. Support the Aftermarket Manager to oversee projects both remotely and on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
