Marketing Customer Support – Arabic + English Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site Start date: 29 January 2026 Working Hours Initial phase (12-hour coverage): Monday to Sunday Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 2 rotating days off Later phase (TBC): 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights & weekends) Role Overview As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist , you will support Arabic-speaking advertisers by providing assistance related to digital marketing campaigns and online advertising solutions. This role combines customer support with digital marketing knowledge , focusing on paid campaigns and advertiser success. Responsibilities Support advertisers with paid digital marketing campaigns Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance Handle client inquiries via multiple channels Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a service-oriented mindset Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing tasks independently Requirements Fluent Arabic (Egypt / Jordan / UAE) + English Mandatory experience with paid campaign management Degree in Marketing or related field Previous experience in Digital Marketing Background in a Contact Center or service program for an Advertising Tech company Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts Strong communication and customer-oriented skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: €985 x 14 payments (gross) Complexity Bonus: €80 x 11 months Stable full-time contract Professional growth in an international environment Important Notes No relocation support Candidates must already be based in Lisbon or able to commute daily
