Remote Dutch Speaking Junior Customer Support

Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed. Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. What We Are Looking For Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher). Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
