F&B Supervisor

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding food and beverage service across the property. This role suits someone who enjoys leading a small team , thrives on delivering exceptional guest service , and is comfortable working across both breakfast and all-day dining operations. What you’ll be doing Supervising and supporting the F&B team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations Ensuring excellent guest service, food presentation and consistency across all F&B outlets Assisting with planning rotas, daily shift briefings and team coaching to maintain high standards Overseeing service quality, health & safety and food hygiene in line with company SOPs Managing stock control, ordering and minimising waste with attention to cost control Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Working closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely delivery and correct presentation of dishes Contributing to local marketing and upselling initiatives to maximise revenue What we’re looking for Proven experience in an F&B supervisory or senior team member role, ideally within hotels, cafes or restaurants Strong leadership and communication skills ; able to inspire and develop a small team Good understanding of front of house operations, service styles and bar basics Organised with a focus on cost control, stock management and minimising waste A commitment to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest care Flexible, reliable and able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support wider Wilde initiatives What you’ll get in return Paid family leave (after 1 year of service) Discounted stays for you, your family and friends Refer & Earn scheme – up to £/€550 Education support to develop your skills 2 paid volunteer days per year Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family An extra day off for your birthday At Wilde, we believe in great hospitality, strong teams, and creating memorable guest experiences .
