On-site requirement: Once per week at our facility in Enschede (note: this location is difficult to reach by public transport; own transport is recommended) About the internship We are currently looking for a motivated intern for our project & design team based in Haaksbergen. Recently, we have done research and implemented the basics for a new project management approach. As an intern, you will be responsible for critically reviewing existent work, making impactful changes, and developing an implementation plan. Moreover, you will be supporting the project & design team with day-to-day activities. Your profile Currently pursuing an HBO degree in Business, management, or a related field. Knowledge of organizational planning and implementing business processes A passion for process development Creative and driven, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously. You can work structured and oriented. You can speak English. What you’ll do Analyze current project management practices Investigating how employees have experienced renewed practices Research points of attention and adjust based on findings Create an implementation plan (roadmaps, timelines, stakeholders) Develop templates for future projects Assist with management tasks, such as Setting up personnel development courses for 2027 Determining development goals for the P&D team Quality (continuous) improvement What we offer Comprehensive, hands-on experience in change management and business processes A work laptop to support your daily activities.
