Key Responsibilities: Oversee process improvement, workflow automation, and system integration. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and scalability of systems. Identify opportunities for technology-enabled efficiency gains. Collaborate with IT and business teams to align technology with operational needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in process management, systems optimization, or IT operations. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
