IT Infrastructure & Operations Head Location: Pasay (Head Office) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Morning) Role Overview: Lead IT operations and infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing technology systems that support business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications. Ensure system uptime, security, and disaster recovery readiness. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Operations team. Implement operational policies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years in IT operations with at least 3 years in leadership. Strong technical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
