Junior German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide support for product-related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, helpful, and efficient solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system. Requirements Fluent in German (C1 level) and strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays. No previous experience required – entry-level candidates welcome ! Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
