Junior VIP Manager Austrian

JobMatchingPartner is assisting a highly successful iGaming company in recruiting several Austrian German-speaking VIP Managers to join its expanding operations in Warsaw, Poland . The successful candidates will be responsible for managing relationships with high-value players and can earn up to 12,000zł per month + bonus! This role suits someone who thrives on developing premium client relationships and enjoys a role where their performance is rewarded through an uncapped bonus structure. The sky is the limit! Role & Responsibilities Manage daily communication with Austrian German speaking VIP players via chat, phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players Resolve player issues in a timely and professional manner Analyse player behaviour and activity to identify opportunities for engagement Deliver personalised bonuses and promotions based on player activity Support the development and execution of VIP retention strategies Monitor player activity and ensure VIP players receive a high level of service Work towards defined retention and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of player communication and activity within CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to improve VIP player engagement and retention Skills & Experience Native/C2 level Austrian German language skills, both written and spoken Fluent English language skills for internal communication Min 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Support, within iGaming, e-commerce, or other similar industries Strong communication and relationship management skills Highly computer literate Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously Ability to work in a target-driven environment Strong attention to detail Experience working with CRM systems Ability to analyse customer behaviour and player activity Interest in online casino or sportsbook operations Commercial mindset with an interest in player retention Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team About this role Salary 9 500 – 12 000zł depending on experience Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus Working hours 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota Workplace Office-based in Warsaw with complimentary breakfast, fruit and snacks Relocation package including two weeks of accommodation and travel coverage Comprehensive medical & dental insurance Assistance with work documentation 20 days vacation leave / 26 days if you have 10+ years of work experience in the EU Birthday gift cards and a Multisport card Team-building events and gift packages for life milestones Please apply with your detailed CV in English. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
