Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications On-the-job training and professional development opportunities Supportive, safety-first culture with emphasis on teamwork, respect, and work-life balance What You Bring to the Table: We are seeking a dependable Batch Operator with at least 2 years of batching experience in a bottling, beverage, food, or manufacturing setting, forklift proficiency and experience consistent with expectations of passing Company forklift certification process, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise formulas, SOPs, and safety protocols. You will oversee batch preparation, blending, processing, and equipment cleaning to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance in a fast-paced, wet, and physically demanding production environment. Key Responsibilities: Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials according to batch formulas, recipes, and production records Operate blending, mixing, brewing, or processing equipment while closely monitoring temperature, timing, humidity, flow rates, and other critical parameters Set up, run, and validate Clean-In-Place (CIP) cycles for tanks, pipelines, filling machines, heat exchangers, and related systems (including chemical, rinse, and utility checks) Perform in-process quality checks (moisture content, flavor, visual inspections) and maintain accurate batch documentation, lot tracking, and production logs Conduct routine equipment setup, cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to support efficient operations and minimize downtime Adhere strictly to GMP, SOPs, food safety regulations, and safety protocols; promptly report deviations, quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages to supervisors This is a key hands-on role in a reputable beverage manufacturing operation where your precision, reliability, and production experience will directly contribute to consistent product quality and operational success. You'll join a safety-focused, team-driven environment that values hard work, attention to detail, and the well-being of its employees.
