Your responsibilities will include: Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work. Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care. System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.
