The Role: The Booking Consultant is responsible for coordinating and managing the allocation of healthcare professionals into temporary shifts and placements across the UK and Ireland. The role exists to maximise shift coverage, ensure optimal candidate utilisation, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by filling vacancies quickly and reliably. The Booking Consultant acts as the operational link between clients, candidates and recruitment consultants, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently, changes are managed proactively, and service delivery standards are consistently maintained.
