Position Details Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 Days off: Saturday & Sunday Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €1,300 gross / month (14 months) Attandance Bonus: €300 / month (11 months) Welcome Bonus : €2,000 Role Overview Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes Assist with billing, cash application, and dispute handling Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support month-end closing activities Collaborate with internal teams and customers Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures Requirements Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Minimum 6 months experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations (2–5 years of experience is a strong plus) Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles Good analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred) Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus Dutch: Fluent / native level (spoken & written) English: Advanced ( C1 level ) Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask Why Apply?
