We are seeking an organized and client-focused International Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and coordinating global travel experiences. This role emphasizes research, organization, and strong communication to ensure travel plans are arranged clearly and efficiently. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when changes occur. This role focuses on delivering dependable planning support and maintaining clear communication while helping travelers prepare memorable international experiences.
