Financial Analyst - Level 2 (Contract) Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Juno Beach, FL, USA Job Type: On-Site Overview Our client is a leading, innovative energy company seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 6-10 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting within a large, complex corporate environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions and operational planning. This is an on-site position requiring a professional who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide actionable financial insights to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Identifies, analyzes, and communicates to management the impact on the Company's financial structure, profitability, financial integrity, and competitive position utilizing relevant analytical methods and/or department's forecasting models Provides financial analysis support for various projects, calculating revenue requirements, net present value, customer bill impact, etc. Provides expertise, support, and financial training for the company departments requiring these services Performs financial analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies Prepares PowerPoint presentations to be provided to Senior and Executive Management Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Experience: 6-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences. Work Style: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position.
