Austin, MN $120,000–$145,000 + Relocation Assistance The Opportunity You will serve as a key member of the corporate quality leadership team, ensuring that products manufactured across multiple food manufacturing sites are safe, compliant, and consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This is a high-visibility role where you will drive a culture of quality excellence through leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple U.S. locations. Why You'll Love This Role Multi-site leadership with responsibility across several food manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. High visibility within the corporate quality organization with clear opportunity for growth Relocation assistance provided Your Day-to-Day Build, develop, and manage the performance of your regional quality team across multiple sites Drive quality improvements by aligning food safety and quality initiatives with operational excellence processes Own the effective application of Product Safety, Product Quality, and prerequisite systems across your region, ensuring integration with change control and commercialization processes Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement engineering or systems improvements that deliver lasting prevention Manage the regional internal audit program, ensuring corrective actions are completed and risk is reduced Influence key performance indicators including First Pass Quality, Complaints, Disposals, Inspection/Compliance performance, CAPA closure and effectiveness, and sanitation performance Collaborate with R&D, Production, and commercial teams to prepare for new product and customer launches, quantifying probability of success and communicating risks and mitigations Develop and deliver training programs focused on food safety and quality Prepare for and support customer visits and external audits Share best practices and integrate quality systems across all sites Escalate food safety, quality, and financial issues with timely, clear communication to internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field 7–10+ years of experience in food, supplement, or related industry, including management responsibility Multi-site food manufacturing experience required Familiarity with FDA, HACCP, SQF, PCQI , and industry best practices Experience operating in an FDA-regulated environment , ideally food or dietary supplement Ability to assess and mitigate food safety, regulatory, and cost risks Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for process evaluation and improvement Strong understanding of sanitation principles Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence site-level strategy Ready to Apply?
