Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - Consultant

Qualifications: Experience across core SFMC modules (Email, Journey, Automation, Content, Mobile). Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS. Understanding of Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and multi‑channel messaging. Responsibilities: Build and manage multi‑step and event‑based journeys in Journey Builder. Configure SFMC studios to support campaigns, automations, and triggered messaging. Manage SFMC data models and Contact Builder. Support reporting via SFMC Analytics and Datorama. Create documentation, test scripts, and runbooks.
