Role Overview As a Customer Advisor for our Directory Platforms, you will be the guardian of data accuracy and user experience. You will support German-speaking users and businesses in managing their digital presence, ensuring that the information on our global directory platforms is precise, helpful, and up-to-date. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities User Support: Assist German-speaking clients via phone and email regarding their business listings, account setups, and platform navigation. Data Verification: Review and validate business information to maintain the integrity of our directory database. Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues related to platform access or listing visibility with efficiency and poise. Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions meet our high standards for professional communication and accuracy. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with your team to identify trends in user issues and suggest improvements for the platform interface. Candidate Profile Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and verbal) with a strong command of grammar and professional etiquette. English Skills: A minimum of B2 level English is required for training materials and internal communication. Location: You must be currently based in Braga (or within a daily commuting distance). Please note that no relocation assistance is provided for this role. Tech Literacy: Comfortable using web-based tools, CRM systems, and standard office software. Experience: Prior experience in customer service or data management is a "plus," but we welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude.
