About the Role Our client is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and experimentation. In this role, you will build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth across payer, provider, and life sciences segments. You will partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales to turn complex healthcare analytics capabilities into compelling, conversion-focused programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, is comfortable with modern marketing technology, and is excited to use emerging AI-powered tools to scale impact What You'll Do Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication Own campaign performance from segmentation and messaging through reporting and optimization Build nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel with personalized content Support ABM initiatives including account targeting, personalized outreach, and multi-threaded engagement strategies Marketing Technology & Automation Build and optimize programs in Pardot or similar MAP platforms for lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing Maintain accurate campaign data and reporting in Salesforce in alignment with Sales and RevOps Use generative AI tools for content creation, personalization, testing, and campaign optimization Stay current on AI-driven marketing trends and apply them to improve discoverability and conversion Content & Messaging Partner with Product Marketing to turn healthcare analytics use cases into clear, compelling campaign messaging Support the creation of landing pages, email sequences, ads, webinar promotions, and sales enablement content Use AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency Analytics & Optimization Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, and translate insights into action Continuously test channels, messaging, and formats to improve funnel conversion Partner with Sales to support lead quality and optimize handoff processes What You Bring 3–5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology Hands-on experience with Pardot or similar MAP platforms and Salesforce Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns Experience running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B channels Experience with ABM strategies and personalized outreach Familiarity with generative AI tools for marketing workflows Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Curiosity and adaptability to learn new AI-powered marketing technologies Nice to Haves Experience marketing to payer, provider, or life sciences audiences Background in Clinical Operations, HealthIT, or healthcare provider environments Experience with ABM tools and strategies Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools Certifications in marketing automation platforms or digital advertising What's Offered Competitive compensation (base + bonus) Quality health insurance Traditional 401K plan Vision, dental, disability, and life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts and Commuter Benefits Generous PTO Flexibility Monthly work-from-home stipend Remote-friendly environment A collaborative workplace that values impact, learning, and growth
