We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our remote team. In this role, you will lead complex technical programs from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing large-scale technical projects, coordinating distributed teams, and translating strategic business objectives into structured program plans. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple technical initiatives in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously * Collaborate with engineering, product management, data, and operations teams to define program goals, milestones, and deliverables * Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans * Track project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies * Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams * Monitor program performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to senior leadership * Support technical decision-making by ensuring project requirements are clearly defined and documented * Implement best practices in program management, Agile methodologies, and process optimization * Ensure timely delivery of technical initiatives while maintaining quality and operational efficiency Required Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field * **5+ years of experience** in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering Management * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies * Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex technical initiatives * Proficiency with project management tools such as **Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms** * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration * Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a distributed team environment * **Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)** Preferred Qualifications * Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA) * Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery frameworks * PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certification * Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams What We Offer * Competitive **remote hourly pay ($85 – $120 per hour)** * Fully remote work environment within the United States * Flexible scheduling and work-life balance * Opportunity to lead impactful technical programs * Professional development and career advancement opportunities * Collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
