AI Research Scientist

We are seeking an innovative and highly analytical AI Research Scientist to join our advanced research and development team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning methodologies that drive innovation and support complex business and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data-driven modeling, with a strong ability to translate theoretical research into practical solutions and scalable technologies. Key Responsibilities Conduct advanced research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields to develop innovative algorithms and models. Design, build, and evaluate machine learning systems for real-world applications. Develop novel approaches for natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, or reinforcement learning depending on organizational needs. Analyze complex datasets and design models capable of identifying patterns, making predictions, and improving decision-making processes. Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to implement and deploy research solutions into production environments. Publish research findings internally and contribute to technical documentation, white papers, or academic publications when appropriate. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing research initiatives. Provide technical mentorship to junior researchers and data scientists. Required Qualifications PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field. 3–6+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning development, or applied data science. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages used in AI research. Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, optimization methods, and deep learning architectures. Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments. Excellent analytical thinking, research methodology, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, or reinforcement learning. Background in publishing peer-reviewed research papers or contributing to open-source AI projects. Familiarity with cloud-based AI infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. Experience deploying AI models into production systems. Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary: $130,000 – $180,000, depending on experience, education, and research expertise.
