We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to lead and oversee complex engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong project and stakeholder management skills to drive multiple engineering programs from concept through delivery. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale engineering programs across multiple teams. Define project scopes, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables. Track and report program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for program management. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining accountability. Ensure compliance with internal standards, engineering protocols, and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement for engineering projects as necessary. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Masters preferred). 5+ years of experience in program or project management within engineering environments. Strong knowledge of engineering processes, software development lifecycle, or systems engineering. Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in agile methodologies and scaling engineering programs. Background in manufacturing, software, hardware, or product engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
