We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators who are detail-oriented and capable of making rational decisions when reviewing user-generated content. In this role, you will help maintain platform integrity by ensuring content follows community standards and marketplace guidelines. What You'll Do Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in German Ensure platform content complies with community guidelines and policies Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while managing moderation queues Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion and high-traffic periods What We're Looking For C1/C2 German (mandatory) English B2 or higher Strong analytical and moderation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to make rational and objective decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces Work Schedule 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday) Shift options: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months Attendance Bonus: €100/month × 11 months Meal Allowance: €7.63/day Additional benefits: Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months) Paid training and onboarding International working environment in Lisbon If you're ready to start an international career in Lisbon and help create a safer digital community, apply now and become part of a global team making an impact every day...
