Key Responsibilities Maintain and ensure high availability of critical manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP, PLC networks). Rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize production downtime. Manage, secure, and monitor the factory floor network infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems. Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols for IT and OT environments to protect manufacturing data and intellectual property. Develop, test, and execute data backup and disaster recovery plans for critical manufacturing data and systems. Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on system usage and best practices. Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and deployments for both IT and OT applications and infrastructure. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience managing Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches) with an understanding of industrial network segmentation. Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Proven ability to ensure high availability and reliability of critical IT and OT systems in a production environment. Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices across IT and operational technology (OT) systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex hardware, software, and network issues. Bonus Qualifications Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP) or SCADA systems. Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity best practices relevant to manufacturing. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration in a production setting.
