Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and validate laser welding processes for new and existing products. Troubleshoot and resolve complex laser welding equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Define and implement laser weld specifications, quality standards, and inspection methods. Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced laser types (e.g., ultrafast, picosecond) or specialized applications. Proficiency in robotics and automation integration for laser welding systems.
