Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize carrying costs. Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices. Oversee cycle counting and periodic physical inventories to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. Utilize and maintain the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) for accurate data tracking and reporting. Analyze inventory data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve forecasting and inventory turns. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing departments to streamline material flow. Identify and address root causes of inventory discrepancies, obsolescence, and shrinkage. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems for inventory tracking, analysis, and optimization. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques. In-depth knowledge of inventory management methodologies (e.g., JIT, Lean Manufacturing, ABC analysis, cycle counting). Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a team. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
