Key Responsibilities Lead and support IATF 16949 compliance activities and internal/external audits. Manage APQP/PPAP processes for new product introductions and engineering changes. Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions using 8D methodology. Develop, implement, and maintain FMEAs, Control Plans, and other quality system documentation. Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., PPM, scrap, rework) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct process and product audits to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards and core tools. Recommended Qualifications Deep understanding and practical application of IATF 16949 requirements. Proficiency in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Demonstrated experience with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Experience conducting internal and supplier quality audits, including process and product audits. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
